1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Jharokha Wall Decor offers a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace or adjust it to your satisfaction.
Handmade, so every piece is one of a kind
Each piece is crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in size, finish, wood grain, carving and colour are natural parts of handmade work and are not defects. Pieces with an antique or distressed finish are intentionally given a weathered look.
What’s not covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear from long-term use
- Scratches, cuts or damage from impact, accidents or wrong cleaning methods
- Damage from incorrect installation or mounting, including using unsuitable wall fixings
- Cracks caused by moving or displacing the product
- Fading from direct, prolonged sunlight
- Wood damage from constant exposure to water or moisture
- Glass or mirror breakage after delivery
- Harsh chemicals or non-standard cleaning
- Modifications or alterations after purchase, which void the warranty
- Damage in transit that was not reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Shipping & Returns)
How to claim

- Share your order number, clear photos or a video of the issue, and a short description.
- Our team will review it and confirm the next step, whether repair, replacement or another solution.
Care tips
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from water and harsh chemicals, and avoid long direct sunlight. Mount with proper wall plugs.
