Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping

    • We ship across India from our workshop in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
    • Dispatch time: ready-stock items ship within 3 to 7 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take longer, and the timeline is shared at the time of order.
    • Delivery time: usually 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
    • Shipping charges: shown at checkout based on your order and location.
    • Tracking: once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
    • Packaging: every piece is carefully packed, with extra protection for mirrors and fragile items.

    Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals or remote locations.

    Please check your parcel on delivery

    • Record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package, showing the sealed parcel and the product.
    • If the outer packaging looks damaged, please note this with the courier at delivery.

    Damaged, defective or incorrect items
    If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    2. Send clear photos and your unboxing video, with your order number, to info@jharokhawalldecor.in or message us on WhatsApp.
    3. After verification, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.

    Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

    Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged and in original packaging, subject to approval.
    • The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
    • Not returnable: custom or made-to-order items, sale or clearance items, and products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
    • Because our products are handmade, minor variations in finish, grain, size and colour are natural and are not grounds for return.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm the outcome.
    • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error is ours.

    Cancellations
    You can cancel before dispatch by contacting us. Orders that have been dispatched, and custom orders in production, cannot be cancelled.
