Jharokha Wall Decor is a brand of handcrafted wall decor based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

2. Use of the website

3. Products and handmade nature
Our products are handcrafted from natural materials. Slight variations in size, finish, colour, wood grain and carving are natural and are not defects. Product photos are for reference, and actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

6. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. Orders are processed only after successful payment, except for any approved cash-on-delivery orders.

7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or other factors beyond our control.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

9. Custom orders
Custom or made-to-order products are made to your specifications. They may require an advance payment, cannot be cancelled once production begins, and are not returnable.

10. Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order is dispatched or production of a custom item has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text and product designs, belongs to Jharokha Wall Decor. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jharokha Wall Decor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

13. Installation and use
Customers are responsible for correct and safe installation. For heavy pieces such as mirrors, shelves and panels, please use suitable wall plugs and fixings, and seek professional help where needed.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
