Are your products handmade?
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, so small variations make every item unique.

What materials do you use?
Our wall decor is made mainly from wood, along with mirror glass and other finishing materials. The material is listed on each product page.

Can I order a custom size or design?
Yes. Share your requirement, size and reference photos with us by email or WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the price and timeline. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-stock items dispatch in 3 to 7 business days, and delivery takes about 5 to 12 business days after that. Made-to-order items take longer, which we’ll share when you order.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships. If you haven’t received them, message us.

Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to see delivery availability.

How do I hang the wall pieces?
Use wall plugs and screws that suit your wall type. Heavy items like mirrors, shelves and panels should be fixed with strong fixings, and we recommend professional installation for large pieces.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll repair, replace or refund after verification.

Can I return a product?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, except custom, sale and clearance items. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for what is and isn’t covered.

Why does my product look slightly different from the photo?
Our pieces are handmade from natural materials, so wood grain, shade and carving vary slightly. Screen settings can also affect how colours look.

How do I care for wooden wall decor?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Avoid water, harsh chemicals and long direct sunlight.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards and net banking.
